TWO QUICK AND EASY RECIPES USING NUTRIBULLET: CREAMY CAULIFLOWER SOUP AND STRAWBERRY SPINACH SMOOTHIE

Hey guys! Yes, this is The Spoiled Mummy and that’s right I am back on the blog! It was a crazy past 3 months for me to say the least, as I was busy travelling for work (and a bit of pleasure, of course!), all while handling the day-to-day operations of my business (and baby, rolled into one), TASTE BY GRACE HOME! Of course, the holidays that just happened was the big clincher of it all — as it kept us all on our toes and busy 24/7! But I will reserve my stories about that time for later on…

In the meantime, speaking of the holiday season, I received this wonderful gift, a super versatile tool in the kitchen that I have fallen in love with : the MAGIC BULLET of the NutriBullet series!

For those of you who are still not familiar with this kitchen gadget, the NutriBullet uses Nutrition Extraction for its mechanism. It breaks down fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and other plant foods down to its most absorbable state. Unlike juicers and blenders, the NutriBullet nutrition extractors break down the cell walls of fibrous plant foods releasing important vitamins and minerals contained within. In short, its special mechanism of nutrition extraction allows you to receive the highest degree of nutrition that your food has to offer.

The MAGIC BULLET is just one of the many kinds of NutriBullets out there. It chops, dices, grates, grinds, blends & juices!  It does any job in 30 seconds or less – minus the fuss and mess! It is a pint-sized, very sleek and yet multipurpose kitchen appliance that can make your dips and sauces, dice onions, chop fruits, blend smoothies or even grind your coffee beans in such a short amount of time. It’s the everyday blender that makes your daily kitchen tasks so much easier!

So now that we got that basic info out of the way, allow me to share with you these 2 short recipes I made using the MAGIC BULLET! Two simple recipes shot in one video (scroll all the way down), because I know we busy mummies appreciate something quick and easy!
