Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar : Where Grit and Grace Meet

dscf8759

Here comes the next installment in my video series! This time around I went to the newest steak house in town, Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar at Shangri-La at the Fort.

The interiors of this restaurant are quite impressive — very retro-classic and yet infused with that Manhattan chic which has that modern luxury feel to it. But as soon as I entered, I instantly felt cozy here and right at home!

It is indeed a very handsome restaurant with steak as its main star on the menu, but it is such a lovely and warm place as well for girlfriends to hang out in, and for families to spend their long Sunday lunches in. It is what they say where grit and grace meet! (Yes ladies, this place is for us too!)

I had so much fun interviewing the restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine, Nathan Griffin who gave me the low down on the different cuts of steak and toured me around the back door to see the kitchen as well.

In such a short span of time, I was able to digest so much (no pun intended!) — from eating different steak varieties from all over the world to learning about the right kitchen equipment to seeing how to make the best candy floss pavlova in town!

Here’s our fun interview :

My very special thanks too to Lesley Tan, Director of Communications for this opportunity!
