Save the date, Spoiled Mummies!
We are ringing in the holiday season (and my birthday – yesssss!!!) with a very special event that I’ve been planning for the past weeks. It will be on November 20, Friday, at The Kirov Model Unit (beside the Rockwell Tent), Rockwell Center.
This event is really a celebratory one as I feel I have much to be grateful for this past year. The biggest one, of course, is the warm appreciation and growing interest in my Grace Home products.
What’s going on exactly? Well, as this is the season to be happy and festive, I think there’s no better way to celebrate than with an event that allows us to enjoy the company of friends (both old and new) and the sweet things in life! It will be A Toast to the Holidays, wherein some of my most favorite desserts will be part of a showcase—an afternoon of sampling their unique and special, new creations!
The Spoiled Mummy blog, as you know, has been a chronicle of my love affair with desserts. For the past three and a half years, I have tasted, devoured, and recommended to all of you with a passion some of my favorite sweets—and now, we will all get to share these desserts together!
One of the highlights to expect on the 20th is a Cakes and Cocktails Appreciation by Erwan Heussaff and Carmela Agosta-Villegas. It’s such an exciting concept as both our experts in the fields of desserts and drinks will teach us exactly how to pair these two together! (What drink goes well with what dessert?! This is something I really want to learn too!) Erwan and Carmela will show us how to work with this odd pair, particularly for your own upcoming holiday parties.
Stay tuned for more information on who will be providing the day’s sweet treats and what special desserts you’ll be able to sample. I promise you: everything will just be AMAAAAAZING!
PS: I’m revealing a surprise on that day too. Please be there and share this wonderful moment with me! HAPPY HOLIDAYS indeed!!!
