Next in our Homecooked Goodness food series is Pria’s Kitchen by Pria Chiongbian Solon. Just like our past features, she is a home cook who has transformed her love and passion for good food into a home based business.
Pria’s culinary background includes studying at the Institute of Culinary Education (formerly Peter Kump Culinary School) in New York. She was also the CFO of Culinary Productions Inc, also known as Cooking Basics Culinary Studio in Alabang. She has done several recipe developments for major food corporations like Monde Nissin, Kraft and Nestle, to name a few. Previously, she was also a co-host in a cooking show. In her spare time, she finds time to write in her food blog called Purpose Driven Chef. All these culinary pursuits have led her to stay true to her calling, to her one true love : Cooking.

I have tried a couple of her dishes, including her 50-Clove Garlic Chicken, Pinakbet Paella with Lechon Kawali and Baked Salmon with Garlic Cream Crust. Each dish was impressive and made with only the finest ingredients available. Pria is known not to scrimp on anything that she prepares. Each dish from Pria’s Kitchen is always made with a lot of love and that homecooked goodness we all look for in our meals.
