Deliciously Healthy Salted Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Hey guys! Arla of plantbasedpilipina.com  and I are back for our 3rd and last installment of our healthy cooking series! Our previous ones : Shirataki Noodles with Chicken and Chimichurri and Shirataki Rice with Tuna and Tomato Kaffir Lime Chutney were such big hits with our families and friends — that we hope you guys enjoyed them as well!

So what are we making this time around? If the past 2 recipes that we shared were on the savory side, in this 3rd part, we are doing something sweet! We are making a deliciously healthy SALTED CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES!

And the star of this recipe? It’s everybody’s favorite — our well-loved (and warning : highly addicting) TASTE BY GRACE HOME 70% Ecuadorian Dark Chocolate Cookie Dough! Because after all, who does not love a deliciously chocolatey chocolate chip cookie???

But you know the best part about this cookie? Just like with the rest of our products in TASTE BY GRACE HOME, this Cookie Dough is made only with the freshest, all-natural ingredients and packed with no preservatives! We only use free-range eggs, grass-fed butter and all-natural sugar, so you guys can indulge in cookie pleasure without the guilt!

Now what makes this recipe EXTRA SPECIAL is the addition of another well-loved and healthy product : this is 7 GRAINS’ THE GOOD PEANUT BUTTER. The name alone says it all! Yes it is GOOD — because it is really THAT delicious! But more than the yumminess factor, it is the kind of peanut butter that is GOOD for you — because it is made of freshly roasted peanuts and sweetened only with coconut sap sugar. There are no artificial flavors and additives in this jar, thus it is also low-glycemic. So yes, believe me when I say that this peanut butter is really GOOD for you!!!

Another great thing about this recipe is that it only calls for 3 ingredients! Now everyone can say they can bake cookies! With TASTE BY GRACE HOME’s Cookie Dough, you don’t need to buy and mix any ingredients anymore — which also means no mess and less work for you in the kitchen!

So to complete this recipe, all you need are 2 more things : 7 GRAINS’ The Good Peanut Butter and sea salt! That’s it, you are ready to bake your SALTED CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES!
