It has been almost two months since I last posted on the blog… and boy did I miss it! Well, November was a busy month for most of us and as we all experienced, December was just out-of-this-world, borderline CRAZY!!!
So it is only now that I found some free time to actually go back and write again. Since it is the beginning of the new year, allow me to share with you one of my most memorable events last year — which was really just two months ago!
Actually, this was the first time I did a workshop and it was in partnership with someone whose positive outlook in life I truly admire. This was no ordinary workshop I must say, but rather, a POSITIVITY and SELF-HELP WORKSHOP that was designed to help and inspire participants to celebrate and live life to the fullest! We called the workshop Celebrating GRACEfully.
This is Kimi Lu, my co-host in the workshop last November. She is a certified life coach who trained at the Bennet Stellar University in San Diego, California to be a licensed Certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Hypnotherapy Life Coach, and Reiki Master Practitioner. She has been “life coaching” since 2010 — helping people find their purpose in life, inspiring them to believe in themselves and teaching them to accept themselves more — mistakes, flaws and all!
Our event was held at the well-appointed and spacious Raffles Salon in the elegant Raffles Hotel Makati.
Raffles Makati, our co-sponsor generously provided our guests their sumptious high-tea menu! From appetizing canapés to little sandwiches, from tasty quiches to delicious cupcakes, sweet tarts and chocolate cakes — we had them all ready for our taking!

Of course, Taste by Grace Home’s Gracing Table was also there as an added treat to all our guests!
Kimi and I prepared a lot of activities for our guests — some fun, some serious, some in-between, but definitely a lot of surprises thrown in here and there! We cannot reveal everything to you (as that will defeat the purpose of the workshop), but here are some nice, candid photos of our guests who enjoyed the afternoon with us!
