As I was browsing the web one day, I encountered this very useful article that I thought of sharing with all of you. These are 25 very simple and basic rules to follow in order to live a long and healthy life. After reading them, I realized that because they are so simple and mundane, they are more often than not overlooked and taken for granted. We are always swept away by the hustle and bustle of our busy lives.
